Legal services are provided at our law firm by JUDr. Markéta Sitková
and Mgr. Michal Vostřel, who provide legal services as members of the Czech Bar Association. At our firm they provide legal services to citizens, entrepreneurs, trading companies, non-profit organisations and statutory corporation (e.g. municipalities and other local government units). The law firm provides clients with complex legal services in particular, on the territory of the Karlovy Vary region, Capital city of Prague, the Central bohemia region and the region of Ústí nad labem.
Our firm’s lawyers are members of the Czech Bar Association, which obligatorily associates lawyers providing legal services in the Czech Republic. Membership in the Czech Bar Association guarantees to clients that its members provide their services professionally and ethically.
Lawyers are insured within the terms of Framework Insurance Contract No. 2904309313, as amended (hereinafter “collective insurance for legal professionals“) concluded between Generali Pojišťovna a.s. and the Czech Bar Association in order to assure collective insurance for lawyers. This insurance applies to a lawyer’s liability for damages caused in relation to provision of legal services by this lawyer personally. This insurance has a minimum indemnity limit on the basis of insurance for lawyers according to Section 24a, paragraph 1 of the Act on Advocacy, as amended, in the value of CZK 5,000,000. With regard to the fact that JUDr. Markéta Sitková and Mgr. Michal Vostřel carry out legal services as members of the Czech Bar Association, they are also required to have personal insurance for cases of origin of obligations, which the lawyer is required to fulfil on the basis of specific legal regulations for reasons of solidarity liability, in excess of the framework of collective insurance for lawyers, with a minimum indemnity limit of CZK 6,000,000.
In the interests of assuring complex services for clients, we work closely with notarial offices, distrainment offices, experts and tax consultants.
